To all my Guerreros y Guerrerras

In times of distraught

We’ve seen the moon kiss the sun

We’ve seen the souls of our brothers & sisters swept away by la muerte

Vivimos in the darkness of times, yet we continue to see the light

Unlike those who sleep, we rise, and use the sound of our mouths to awaken those who believe

Nosotros the products of a shattered system, whom they made believe we were the black sheep

Yet, I dance in glory in the name of justice and humanity for we are Guerreros y Guerreras that will fight till there is light.

Unidos jamas seramos vencidos! United we will never be defeated!
